Fort Stanton will be hosting its annual March on Rome World War II reenactment and Living History display on Saturday, August 1, 2020, on the grounds of the fort. Authentic camps for both Allied and Axis forces will be open to the public between 4 and 6 p.m. with a public show battle beginning at 5:30 p.m.
